• Desert Safari pickup times start between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
• We offer transfers exclusively from hotels and residences situated in central areas of Dubai City, including Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
• Our operations team will work with you to arrange pick-up if the location is far from the designated spots.
• This tour is not advised for pregnant women or individuals experiencing back pain.
• No refunds will be provided for services that have been partially utilized.
• It is not permitted to carry large bags while participating in this activity.
• The pick-up and drop-off timing for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location, to accommodate the trip schedule.
• All transfers are subject to availability, and you can make bookings based on the itinerary. Please note that pickup times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your geographical location.
• Inclusions, such as the ones mentioned above, may be unavailable on weekends or specific days in accordance with government regulations. We do not have control over these closures.

• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
