You can enjoy a multicourse BBQ dinner with unlimited refreshments provided for your convenience. Conclude your Ras Al Khaimah Desert Safari with a seamless drop-off, making the end of your experience hassle-free.

• The pick-up will be arranged from Ras Al Khaimah hotels/residences. for pickup outside of Ras Al Khaimah, there is an extra charge.
• Pregnant women or guests with backache are not recommended for this activity.

• To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please furnish us with comprehensive details regarding your flight timings.
• On shared transfers, departure times can be moved by 30-60 minutes so long as they don't affect other tours.

Special Note:

Desert Safari Ras Al Khaimah pickup timings starting from 21st November (Sunday), 2021 will be between 02:30 pm to 03:00 pm.

• Summer-appropriate clothing is suitable throughout the year, although sweaters may be necessary in winter months due to colder weather.
• It is advisable to bring along items such as sunglasses, hats, sunscreen lotion, and more when traveling. Additionally, we provide an on-demand private transport option for all the tours we offer.
• When making a booking with us, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the safety of your personal belongings, including cameras, left in our vehicles or at travel destinations. We disclaim any responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

• As per our tour policies, alcohol will not be served during the tour on Muslim occasions and UAE national holidays. Additionally, there will be no live entertainment provided.

• In certain locations, capturing photographs, especially of women, is strictly forbidden, unless the itinerary needs to include such photos.

• According to UAE law, smoking is prohibited anywhere outside designated smoking areas within public spaces, including nightclubs.
• If a particular type of tourism or visit necessitates the presence of an original passport or Emirati identification card, this requirement will be indicated at the beginning of that section.
• Guests must ensure that they bring these items with them when traveling outside Dubai International Airport; otherwise, they risk forfeiting their opportunity to participate in that specific activity completely.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic or car issues, resulting in a delay or cancellation of the tour, we will make every effort to offer alternative transportation options whenever feasible.
• If a client arrives late and fails to catch their scheduled departure from the pick-up location, they will forfeit their spot on the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.
